Your role as Buyer - Stock Apparel 

We are looking for a buyer "Stock" who gets energy from working on apparel collections. You will ensure optimal administrative processing of the purchasing process, including placing and following up purchase orders, whereby monitoring production, delivery times, quality and planning is essential.

 What will you do?

• Monitor stock inventory levels, take care of purchase orders and follow up production with the various suppliers.

   

• You will be connecting daily with all departments within Difuzed; sales, logistics, licensing, development and design about the production planning, the purchasing process and the achieved purchasing results.

   

• Together with the logistics department, you ensure optimal shipments and smooth delivery from supplier to our warehouse or directly to our customers.

   

• Analyze the purchase/order process in order to increase our margin across the various categories and actively identify areas for improvement.

   

• Analysis of stock sales results of the different categories with the aim of translating these into adequate purchasing proposals to improve future collections.

   

• Responsible for the right price/quality within the apparel categories. 

   

• Manage pricing data and keep the records correct and up-to-date.

Our ideal candidate has

• Affinity with the gaming, entertainment "Licensing" Lifestyle Fashion & Lifestyle Industry.

   

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level.

   

• Has at least 2-3 years of demonstrable work experience as a buyer Stock.

   

• Has flexible attitude, is proactive, results-oriented and enjoys working in a team.

   

• Has the ability to solve complicated situations.

   

• Has both computer and analytical skills.

   

• Is familiar with working with SAP, MS Office and especially Excel.

   

• Is familiar with the procurement and logistics process stock.

   

• Has strong communication and written skills.

   

• Professional working skills in preferably both Dutch and English and enjoys working in an international environment (command of an additional language is definitely a plus).
