How can I sign up as a customer at Difuzed?
If you are an retailer or a distributor, then you can sign up. You can use the sign up form on our website to request an account.
How can I order at Difuzed?
Once you've got an account at Difuzed, you can place your orders trough our order portal.
Can consumers also order at Difuzed?
We only deliver to retailers and distributors. We do not offer business to consumer services. If you are looking for a specific Difuzed item, you can contact us and we will refer you to the nearest store for you to purchase it.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sell throughout Europe and beyond. If your company is located in Europe, Asia or Africa it is likely that you are able to do business with us. There are restricted areas for some licenses, so it is possible that we can’t ship a certain brand to your region. Your dedicated Account Manager will be able to inform you about exceptions.
What are the shipping terms and costs?
Shipping terms and costs depend on the size of your order. You will receive a quote on the shipping costs, if any, before we ship your order.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the destination – from the point of dispatch – delivery takes respectively:
- 2-3 working days for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg
- 3-5 Working days to the United Kingdom, France and Germany
- 5-15 Working days to other destinations
Do you accept returns?
Normally we only accept return requests if the item was sent incorrectly or was received damaged upon receipt. Prior to sending the item back, the return request must be authorized.
Are all Difuzed products officially licensed?
Yes, all of our products are officially licensed.

We provide size charts at our products
What happens if a product is sold out?
Some of our collections are one time exclusive collections. They will not be coming back once sold out. Other products are regular products that stay available at allt times. These products will be placed in backorder if ordered when they are out of stock.
Is it possible to pre-order?
Yes, new collections will become available for pre-order as soon as they appear on our webshop. The ETA of the new products is also listed on the product page.
Where can I find the newest items?
You can find our newest items in various ways. All of our newest collections are found at the New Collections category on our webshop. Some of the new items will be highlighted on the homepage of our webshop. New collections will be announced trough our newsletter. You can also sort products by new on our webshop.
